Tesco’s Simply IPA and Golden Ale

Tesco have launched a new range if bottled beers and other beverages under a “Simply” banner. I picked up a couple to try fully expecting them to be as bland as the name and the cheap price suggested. Well you know what? They’re actually pretty good! The IPA has a big flavour and the golden ale is light and refreshing. Both are pretty solid if unremarkable examples of their kind. Which I guess is what Tesco are aiming for.
